This is a vintage silver open two sided Maltese cross charm. The top of one side is hallmarked with a tiny Maltese cross, a 917 and an F. The charm is a circle, each with convex Maltese crosses, giving it a 'puffy' look. From a 1960's estate.

The pendant measures almost 1" wide in diameter, and is about 3/8th inch thick.
